The Barn is a quiet and peaceful little studio located on a farm, accessed by small country lanes.
There is one bedroom in this barn which contains a queen sized bed.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower-over.
Linens & Towels are provided as well as toiletries
The kitchen has all modern amenities including fridge with a small freezer compartment, an induction hob, an oven with an integrated microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.
Living space is comfortable and offers TV access
Private Courtyard and garden area with access to the lake!

- Dunwich Heath and Beach – Beautiful heathland offering walking trails and picturesque views, around 25 minutes away.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is from 4pm onwards. Check-out is 10am.
- No smoking within the property, if smoking outside please dispose of used cigarettes respectfully.

Whilst we love animals the building is pet free in consideration of those with allergies.
Is there space for us to park our car?
We have parking facilities on site !
Can we use the property for our party?
Unfortunately not, the property isn't suitable for parties.
