"Es war einfach Traumhaft Angefangen bei dem Super netten Personal an der Rezeption sie waren sehr freundlich,hilfsbereit als ich probleme wegen dem Parkticket hatte aber auch beim check in waren sie super freundlich als ich spontan noch Abendbrot dazubestellt hatte war immer ein lächeln auf den lippen zu erkennen. "Nicht so schön war, dass die Duschstange nicht richtig befestigt war, denn man hätte nur eine Schraube eindrehen müssen. Ausserdem hat der Architekt wohl keinen guten Tag gehabt, denn das WC war so schlecht platziert, dass es nur Kleinwüchsige gut benutzen können. Personal unaufdringlich und freundlich. Frühstück sehr gut, aber im Keller."

"Excellent but 1 downer. The coffee system at breakfast which I was told is to be fixed. After a 30-minute wait for coffee and the lone machine would still not work, a member of the staff did make a cup of coffee for me. Besides that, a most pleasant stay."
