"The attitude of the female staff at the reception was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I absolutely cannot tolerate behavior and attitudes that belittle and look down on customers. If there was any racism involved, it is a major issue. It is unfortunate that the hotel's reputation has been tarnished because of the foolish actions of a single shameless employee. I strongly urge the hotel management to thoroughly educate its employees. Other than the attitude of this employee, I have no other complaints about the hotel."

"アメニティは、タオルとドライヤー、シャンプー、ボディウォッシュと最低限。部屋に冷蔵庫は無く、スリッパも無い。ペットボトルの水の提供も無し。 ベッドはシングルベッドを2つ並べただけの簡素なもの。とても狭い。 部屋の向かいがスタッフルームだったが、朝からドアを開けたまま清掃員同士がお喋りに夢中で、うるさかった。 フロントのスタッフは無愛想。特に挨拶も無し。 部屋の管理も適当なのか、他の宿泊客が私の部屋のドアを2回開けた。どういう管理体制なのか疑問。 このホテルで良いのは立地のみ。"
