Ground floor:
Large living room with kitchen, lounge/dining room with double sofa bed. Shower room with steam shower and separate toilet. 5-person Desjoyaux spa in a 20 m² room. Games area with table football, step, and exercise bike.
First floor:
Three bedrooms, one with a high ceiling opening onto the landing, closed by a curtain, each with a 140/190 cm double bed made up upon arrival. Children's play area with a hanging net.
Large 30 m² terrace and 300 m² enclosed garden with swing set and a playhouse for children and teenagers at the bottom of the garden with outdoor games.
Small dogs welcome on request (€15/day).
A basket of wood for the stove is provided: + €10 per additional basket.
Accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people. Parking 200 meters away. This charming, fully renovated family home boasts a private spa! Ideally located in the Perche region, it's close to nature activities, including the Herse Pond for fishing, and less than 2 km from a greenway for walking and cycling, as well as cultural visits to the charming little towns nearby, such as Bellême, Longny-au-Perche, La Perrière, and Mortagne-au-Perche.

The price does not include: a basket of wood for the stove: €10 per additional basket.
