To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 64cm wide. The pool itself has ladder access. The outside space is accessed via a series of steps from the main house. From the house to the BBQ area, there are 7 steps, then a further 9 steps to the poolside. The ground floor bedroom has a door width of 76cm, whilst the shower room door is 67cm wide.
