This exquisite 235 sq.m single-level Villa Marae is beautifully designed with modern amenities to provide the utmost comfort. With 5 stylish bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Key features include a sparkling pool, a soothing hydromassage, a fully equipped BBQ area, and a delightful playground for the little ones to enjoy.




Situated in the charming village of Skaleta, the villa boasts an unbeatable location just 160m from a beautiful, unorganized sandy beach that stretches along a long coastline, perfect for swimming and relaxing walks by the sea. Plus, the famous attractions of Rethymno are just a short drive away.


Indoor Layout




The right side of the villa hosts the open-plan living and kitchen area, as well as the three of the five bedrooms. The living room features a lush corner sofa that comfortably accommodates the whole group, a 65" Smart TV, and a PlayStation 5 for ultimate entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern, branded, appliances, ensuring a self-catered holiday, while the island featuring six stools, is the perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast.




At the heart of the space is a grand dining table, which seats up to twelve guests and provides the perfect view of the pool and sea as a backdrop




This area also features a storage room, where you will find a BEKO washer and dryer, an iron with an ironing board, and yoga mats for added convenience.




The left side of the villa hosts the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms are beautifully designed, with plush top mattresses for added comfort and feature APIVITA products, for effortless self-care.

Outdoor area




The expansive 920 m2 outdoor area of Villa Marae is a true haven of relaxation and entertainment. At its heart lies a stunning pool, complete with a dedicated childrens section and a soothing hydromassage area. Surrounding the pool are lush seating areas perfect for unwinding, a fully equipped BBQ for delightful al fresco meals, and a playground to keep little ones entertained. Adjacent to the BBQ area is an elegant dining table that comfortably seats up to twelve guests, ideal for sharing unforgettable moments with your loved ones.



More specifically, the outdoor area includes:




- A private 77 sq.m. pool, with step access and a depth of 1.4 meters. The pool features separate sections, including a hydro-massage area accommodating up to six guests and a shallow childrens pool with a depth of 0.5 meters. The main pool can be heated for an additional daily charge upon request.




- The pool area is equipped with three sun beds, two poof loungers, and a poolside shower, while the villas thoughtful design naturally creates shaded spots--perfect for unwinding whether you love soaking up the sun or prefer a cooler retreat.




- BBQ facilities equipped with a Gas Beefeater grill, a mini fridge, a sink, and ample cabinets for storage, under a shaded pergola
