Decorated with elegance, the property can comfortably accommodate 10 people in a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 people in a sofa bed. The villa contains 3 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, 3 living rooms with sofa beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 WC and a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub.
Located on a hillside in complete privacy, in Armenoi village, Three Moirai Villa offers beautiful mountain and sea views. It is within walking distance all the amenities that the village of Armeni has such as the supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, the famous award-winning local tavern and many more. From the villa at a distance of 1.5 km is the Late Minoan cemetery of Armeni and at 500 m the Traditional Mill.

The exterior of the villa offers magnificent views of the village of Armeni and the surrounding mountains. Outdoor facilities include:
- Two swimming pools with a total area of 20 m2 with hydromassage function. The use of the pool heating system costs an additional daily charge of 50 euros and can be used upon request in advance with at least one week's notice before arrival, for the duration of your stay.
- The pool area is equipped with a variety of furnished areas including sun loungers, sun loungers, poolside tables, umbrellas, outdoor Rattan furniture and outdoor shower.

- Gas BBQ with outdoor sink and 2 gas hobs so you can prepare your family homemade meals.
