This residence is located in the township's eastern half of Rethymnon.
The facility consists of several small houses and bungalows which are framed by well-kept gardens.
Towards the beach, the restaurant opens to the sun terrace which frames the swimming pool.
Sunbeds and sunshades are free here, on the beach they are available against a fee.
The reception desk in the entrance hall works daily from 9 a.m. till 9 p.m.
The Mini Market does not only provide the usual goods of everyday needs but also has daily fresh bread and fresh milk.
Laundry service on request. Iron and board can be lent out from the reception are available in all apartments.
Wireless internet access (adsl / Wifi) is available all over the facility for a fee.

The 39 studios for 1 to 3 persons have bathrooms with showers or bath-tubs and Wc, direct dial phones, Tv sets, radio alarm clocks and rented safe deposit boxes. Some studios have connecting doors.

The air conditioning can on demand be switched to heating mode.

All dwelling units have balcony or terrace with sideward sea view or view of the Ida mountains.
The kitchenettes are equipped with double electric hot-plates, refrigerators with freezer compartments, and all essential pots, pans, plates, dishes, cutlery and glassware.
The combined living/dining area accommodates two twin-beds plus a 1 single sofa-bed or 1 single bed.

On the beach free volleyball. Massages on request against a fee. The tennis courts at the neighbouring hotel may be used.
