「The host was very kind, welcoming and discrete. The house and grounds are really something special, you will be amazed. Beautifully decorated room and modern bathroom in a traditional style, lovely breakfast (early due to our itinerary) with quality products. A wonderful stop near Calais, really worth a small detour. Thanks to our host. 」

「We were made to feel very welcome, the room and bed was really comfortable, and the view from the terrace was amazing.」

「Everything was perfect! David was a very welcoming host, even though we arrived after 9pm. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and spacious and very clean with bottled water and amenities. David laid on the nicest breakfast of warm croissants, warm bread, cheeses, jams, yoghurt and honey, and also supplied is plenty of milk and cocoa for hot chocolate. The cats and dogs at the property are adorable and all in all, it was a very relaxed overnight stay. Merci, David et Cecile.」

「Appartement magnifique, à l'étage du moulin. Fenêtre superbe donnant sur un rideau d'arbres aux pieds desquels coule la rivière. Une route à traverser et nous voilà dans les chemins pastoraux. Les hôtes sont agréables et discrets. Séjour parfait.」

「A warm welcome. A pretty room with very comfortable bed, kettle and TV. Spacious bathroom with walk in shower and double jacuzzi bath. Parking right outside. Great location for Montreuil, Valloires Abbey, and the huge sandy beach at Berck. I was in the main house, but Elise also has another property just down the street. Breakfast at main house though. (Not sure this was clear online.) Bistro in village open Friday and Saturday but plenty of places to eat in Montreuil which is a 15minute drive.」
