"Great front desk staff upon arrive, check out and the shuttle. The location and free shuttle service to the airport was why I chose this hotel. My family has stayed there in the past. My expereince was not great. I HATE smell of marijuana throughout the hallways.yuck!! The rug in my room was awful. It had two distinct "wrinkles" perpindicular to each other that posed a significant tripping risk. The room felt "dirty", but the bathroom,sink area dn the microwave/fridge cart were very clean. I felt marginally safe in a quiet far from the lobby room at the back of the building. The ice machine was out of order, the TV/cable service was out of order. Becasue I was traveling alone, I would have appreciated knowing this or receiving a discount as all I could do is it in my room and scroll on my phone. I was afraid to use trhe wifi for fear of data breach. The shuttle driver ws very courteous, but the condition of the van was dirty and seat condition marginal (some tears), though the outside of the van was ingood shape. Overall, at this point, I liiley will not stay at this hotel for a while. We live about 30 miles from there and have used the facility in the past. I think it is not up to teh level it could be. I would be willing to pay more for a better kept, safer feeling facility. It is so convenient to the airport, but we likley will use the resortsand casinos in REno for a while until this place is updated. "
