Le Saint-Martin 1 TrĂšs bon accueil. Le logement est trĂšs bien situĂ© et Ă  moins de 5 min de St Anne et du mĂ©tro, dans une zone relativement calme, et sĂ©curisĂ©e. Cependant, horrible odeur de peinture fraĂźche et la propretĂ© de l’appartement laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer. Ce que j’ai rapidement signalĂ©. MalgrĂ© une proposition d’intervention de nettoyage, j’ai refusĂ© considĂ©rant que cela aurait dĂ» ĂȘtre contrĂŽlĂ© et effectuĂ© avant mon arrivĂ©e. Compte tenus le temps de rĂ©ponse de l’hĂŽte (comprenez nous Ă©tions dimanche) j’ai prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© passer l’aspirateur, surtout sous le canapĂ©, et repasser un coup de serpilliĂšre sur le sol collant. N’ayant pas oser touchĂ© aux grilles de la VMC remplis de poussiĂšre, ni a la tapisserie des toilettes et aux joints de la douches oĂč semblaient se reprendre des traces jaunĂątres. J’ai effectuĂ© une rĂ©clamation et on m’annonce un dĂ©lais de traitement de 14 jours.
