Nice place to stay downtown

The property is OK but what is amazing is the location with great architecture and restaurants all around.

Le Toucan "Great little flat, very calm right in the historic centre of Rennes. 🙂 Great little flat right in the very centre of Rennes. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the same street. Easy access to the historic centre of the city. Great public transport links with bus, tram and train. We did a day trip by train to St Malo which was wonderful and very easy. 🙁 The dishwasher didn't work."

Le Toucan "Beautiful apartment with lots of space. Friendly people who communicated well for key handover. 🙂 The location was perfect right in the center, the apartment was large and had everything. The space seemed thoughtful and well laid out. We had everthing we needed for our stay. 🙁 Can’t think of anything. The toilet has a very hard time flushing but that’s all."

Le Toucan "Great location and quaint apartment in the centre of old Rennes. 🙂 Location is fantastic - so close to everything in the old part of town and all the attractions. We travelled as a family of 3. The apartment had everything you need for a short or longer term stay, including a washing machine. It is an old building so things are old, however the owners have done some renovations. Ground floor apartment. We were welcomed by a host who showed us where everything was. Street parking is available (payment). Would recommend. 🙁 Some minor issues with leaking under bathroom sink and poor flushing which can be readily fixed by owners. Would be a bit tight for 4 adults for an extended period. Overall nothing to complain about - it was good and we have stayed in a lot of accommodations whilst touring around France!"
