If you like to people watch this is the place/area to be. A/C worked good, Bathroom was nice, bed was comfortable. Underground parking was tight, as most are, but very convenient, more so if both elevators are working, otherwise some extra steps are needed. If you can't do stairs at all, might be an issue, both in parking and hotel. I would go back.

Hotel is centrally located so busy area, quite noisy but hotel provides earplugs which is great! Staff very friendly; room was ok and clean; the only issue is lack of parking for all vehicles, even for motorcycles, which was not noted on the website!

We were about to go to bed and accidentally found bedbug full of blood on the pillow. It was close to midnight however we decided to leave and go find another hotel. Please be aware: we requested refund but request was denied.

The hotel is incredibly run down. We were given the family room initially (top floor) but asked to change rooms as there was an awful sewage stench from the bathroom. Then they moved us to a room on the first floor (001) - the doors and walls were very thin and we barely slept due to the noise from the other rooms and outside. The bathroom in this room was awful too, after flushing the toilet there was a terrible smell of sewage from the pipes. Would not recommend staying.

Mitigé sur cet hôtel. Un très bon emplacement au cœur de Rennes. Cependant, l’hôtel a essayé de se mettre au goût du jour mais reste bruyant. De plus des travaux extérieurs et intérieurs lors de notre séjour. Le personnel est un peu aux abonnés absents pour une réception 24/24.

Pas de pression d'eau dans la douche, cabine de douche exigüe, par de prise électrique fonctionnelle au chevet du lit... Une chambre à 180€, il faut un minimum. La cerise sur le gâteau c'est sûrement l'attitude désinvolte de la réceptionniste qui ne s'est même pas excusée et qui a indiqué que j'aurais dû les prévenir afin qu'ils puissent changer les fusibles et me proposer une autre chambre pour faire ma douche. Tout cela est très pratique quand vous êtes sous votre douche avec un temps compté ! Attitude indigne avec en plus des ricanements à mon encontre, à fuir car c'est de l'imposture.

Le négatif est la douche ne fournit pas résultat salle de bain se ramasse plein eau par terre, lavabo de la salle de bain un mince filet eau, lit très inconfortable car mou, et le dernier point ascenseur qui ne fonctionnait pas donc descendre ses valises dans un escalier en colimaçon pas très fonctionnel. Peut déjeuner très de base aucun grille pain

Très bon séjour dans le centre historique de Renne

Très bon séjour, excellent accueil des réceptionnistes de jour et de nuit, très professionnels. Échanges sympathiques et de très bons conseils pour visiter Rennes. Toutefois, debut de nuit un peu bruyant avec l'activité des bars à l'extérieur et température dans la chambre un peu juste. Au final, je conseille vivement l'hôtel qui est très bien situé pour visiter le centre historique de Rennes.

Chambre propre mais un peu desuette. Pommeau de douche entièrement en silicone,c'est assez surprenant et ça fait très tchip. Literie assez bas de gamme. Petit déjeuner cher avec peu de qualite et diversite de produits. Rapport qualité/prix sur Rennes bien inferieur à d'autres établissements autour. Je n'y retournerai pas.
