砂漠の中でとても広大な敷地の中にあり お泊まりするお部屋からプールやレストランなど 本館に行く時は わざわざ何度もカートや車でお迎えに来てくれます^ ^ お部屋も完全にプライベート空間になっており 砂漠からの朝焼け夕焼けは最高に神秘的でした。 夕食も朝食もとっても美味しかったです。 ホテルの中にアクティビティがたくさんあるので 十分に楽しめます。 ただ一つだけ気になるのは仕方ないのですが ハエが多くお部屋にも何匹か飛んでる事ですね。 ですが全体的に素晴らしいので またぜひ泊まりたいと思いますしオススメ致します。

Bitte nicht in die Falle der Standardzimmer tappen. Erst durch ein Update wurde unser Aufenthalt erträglich. Essen für 5 Sterne weit unterdurchschnittlich. Viel Convenience. Die umliegende Natur atemberaubend , auch die Tierwelt nahe dem Zelt.

A neat hotel but by no means it should be considered “Luxurious” as they advertise. Food was very average and the property is alcohol free so couldn’t have a glass of wine with our meal. Not a place we would go back to even though the staff were very good.

Nice retreat in the Desert, loved the indoor/outdoor pool downstairs. Buffet breakfast was excellent, our Attendant Naazdeep was very good in serving us with breakfast.

Amazing experience

It was an amazing experience at the resort wich we could immersed to the nature and wild life. A little adventure with our kids with barefoot on the sand dunes during sunset was very nice.

Excellent quality property with ease of access for those with a regular 2WD/sedan vehicle. Wish we could've stayed more than one night to enjoy the desert environment.

A wonderful and relaxing stay

It was a relaxing and exciting stay. The two-bedroom suite was very confortable, although there is a need of a more dedicated maintenance (for instance, the door of the fridge was broken)

즐거운 가족 여행 했습니다.

입구부터 잘 관리된 도로와 사막이 펼쳐지는데 아이가 너무 좋아했습니다. 가젤도 돌아다니고, 무엇보다 숙소 앞 사막 모래가 너무 고와서 정말 사막에 온 기분이 들었습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절하고 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 다만 숙소 내 amenity 는 호텔 수준에 맞게 좀 개선이 되어야 할 것 같습니다.

Everything was perfect. Clean room, nice facilities, kind staffs and quiet and safe staying. But it would make you more outstanding if you enhance a speed of serving in the restaurant. Coffee and egg-fries were late. Anyway, overall, very goo.

The whole property was gorgeous despite our stay being in the middle of the largest rainfall in recent memory. The roads were rough around the hotel and villas, but the staff adapted to make sure we got to where we wanted to go in minimum time. Our view from the villa was magnificent and the dunes walkable. The villa was clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was also outstanding--a great selection and an appropriate price. The staff was first-rate. We highly recommend Tell Resort!

Take a walk up to sand hills

There were not much visitors in the July weekdays which allowed us to dominate the pool. I could also enjoy walking up to hills in deserts which was memorable experience for me.

Hôtel magnifique en plein milieu du désert. Personnel qui est très attentionné. Un petit bémol pour le restaurant, les plats n’étaient pas très fameux. Nous avons pris un burger au wagyu qui était sec le pain également. C’est dommage et je pense que c’est leur point d’amélioration. Mais l’hôtel reste très très bien. Je recommande !

We stayed here as a couple from Japan, and it was a wonderful experience. As soon as we stepped out of our room, we were faced with the endless desert, and the desert was beautiful with large and small sand dunes. I'm sure it was a view that you wouldn't see at a desert hotel close to Dubai city. The hotel tour was also wonderful, and on the heritage tour, the guide gave us detailed information about the homes, food, and lifestyles of people in the Middle East in the past, and we were able to experience some of that. The camel ride and safari were also very satisfying. One thing about the food was that it wasn't to our liking, but we were happy to be able to eat traditional cuisine. This time, we stayed at five hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and this hotel was the one we would most recommend.

Nightmare Hotel:Sleepless Night-Arrogant Manager

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Telal Resort Al Ain, and I must say that it was a complete disaster. Despite a few positives like the good cuisine with a varied menu, original rooms with a nice view, and animals roaming freely, the negatives overshadowed everything else. Firstly, the location of the hotel is a nightmare. It took us an excruciating 2 hours to reach the hotel from Dubai and the least after such a long drive would have been to welcome us with a cold drink or a fresh towel. To make matters worse, the pool had a noisy water jet that was situated right next to the restaurant, making it impossible to have a conversation during lunch. The reception was so far away from the rooms that we had to call a driver to take us there, and the rooms were poorly soundproofed, which meant that we could hear everything our neighbors did. To top it all off, a baby in the tent next to ours cried all night, making it impossible to sleep. But what made the experience truly unbearable was the attitude of the manager, Mr. Elie Farhat. He was not only arrogant and rude, but he also made us feel bad and guilty instead of apologizing for the situation. The least he could have done was to inform us that our neighbors had a newborn and offer us a solution like changing rooms or staying in a smaller one. This is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point, and it's even more surprising given that hotels in the UAE usually prioritize their customers.

砂漠の中のオアシス

オープンしてまだ一年程の砂漠の中にあるリゾートとしては新顔。アブダビ空港からアルアインと言う世界遺産のある都市へ向かう途中にある。客層はまだ新しい事もあり現地の人たちの国内旅行先であることが多いらしい。高速を降りてからリゾートまではナビを使わないと辿り着くのが難しいと思われる。また、砂と砂利で固めた道路に砂が溜まった様な道を走る事もあり、レンタカーをするなら4駆をお勧めする。リゾート内にはメインプールやレストランのあるセンター棟、2部屋以上のヴィラのある家族向けのヴィラエリア、ヘリテージビレッジと言う昔のアラブ諸国の人々の暮らしを再現している施設に付属する１ベットルームのヴィラがあるビレッジエリアと離れて位置し、それぞれの間は徒歩か電話をすればすぐに車で迎えに来てくれる。ホテル職員は皆非常に気さくで親しみの持てる温かい滞在ができると思う。
