The Frühlingshof is a stylish apartment house on a residential street in the middle of the village. The starting points of the hiking trails in summer and the cross-country trails in winter lead past the house in only approx. 100 m. Cyclists and mountain bikers will also find numerous opportunities for comfortable to sporty activities. The tourist information office with the (ski) bus stop to Seegatterl, the entrance to the Winkmoosalm / Steinplatte alpine center, and the outdoor and indoor swimming pools are just a stone's throw away. All shops and restaurants, the parish church and the small, charming museums of the village can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The cross-border golf course is located in a fascinating landscape in the vicinity of the proud Kaiser Mountains. There is a large reserved parking space at the house for your car. You can store your skis or bicycles in the lockable storage room that is accessible at ground level. Via the outside staircase you can reach the ski / hiking shoe and drying room in the basement. The 2-room apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 people and is also ideal for a couple with a small child. The apartment consists of a hallway with cloakroom, living / dining room with corner seating and pull-out sofa, bedroom with double bed, modern kitchen and comfortable bathroom with shower / toilet. Light solid wood furniture in country style and the wooden ceilings give the apartment a cozy atmosphere. The terracotta floor with adjustable underfloor heating in the living rooms radiates cozy warmth not only in the cold season. The large balcony invites you to breakfast or a snack in the warm morning sun, and after a hot summer day you can enjoy a glass of beer or wine with a snack in the cozy Bavarian 'Sitzckerl'. We have designed the entire apartment in such a way that we would also like to go on holiday ourselves. Among other things, we redesigned the kitchen in 2014 and completely renovated the bathroom in 2016. A flat-screen TV and a mini hi-fi system are available for your 'home entertainment'. You can listen to the music collection on your Apple, smartphone or USB stick via USB or Bluetooth.
