A master suite, appointed with a walk-in closet and en-suite bath, along with a sizable guest room and guest bath, with an additional murphy bed in living room. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing weekend getaway, or are seeking for an adventure, Rehoboth has it all! Shop and dine at the Tanger Outlets, and Midway Speedway Park, or retreat to the vast variety of outdoor recreation options including Cape Henlopen Park, Lewes Beach, Dewey Beach, Delaware Seashore State Park, and more!

WiFi provided along with cable tv, able to stream Netflix, Hulu, amazon prime… Alexa is available too for music or to ask the weather etc.

Clean, convenient location with all the amenities

We loved our stay! Full kitchen and laundry with screened in porch was great. The location was easy to get to from the peach and the property had an amazing pool.

We loved our stay and the area! The condo was absolutely perfect! The decor was a favorite of mine. Amy was very friendly and easy to reach if needed. The condo came equiped with everything you'd need plus some. The pool was very nice, such a cute complex and very well maintained.

Girls Weekend

This property has a perfect location. Close to the beach and local shopping and eating. Check in/ out was very easy. Beautiful living area. Most of our time was spent on the screened in porch.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed staying next to the Junction & Breakwater Trail. It was a short drive to the main drag and restaurants, boardwalk and beach. The condo is bright, clean, tastefully decorated, and a comfortable stay.

Wonderful property - Perfect location!

This condo was very clean, well-stocked with everything you might need, with a very responsive host. Check-in was easy and simple, and condo was lovely. The complex was perfect for walking our dog. And close to Rehoboth Ave. and the beach. Can't imagine staying anywhere else!

Great location

We went over Easter weekend with our dogs. The community was very quiet and relaxing. It was a great location and very quick and easy to get to downtown. The condo was very clean and had a lot of accommodating items such as kitchenware, towels, dog bed, washer/dryer, etc. Amy was very responsive and we were very happy with our much needed getaway! Highly recommend!

Wonderful 1st visit to Rehoboth

Amy’s condo is decorated so nicely. She has her kitchen is well appointed with everything you need if you want to make dinner in some nights. It is very close to town and the walking/biking trail behind the house is an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Amy😊

Cute Beachy Vibes for Reasonable Rate!

We loved this property! We had stayed nearby but wanted a better pool experience and this delivered (we were a little bummed the hot tub was out of commission). Kitchen had everything you could want and the freezer had an ice maker which was also a step up from where we'd rented previously. We are definitely considering renting it again for next year!

This condo property was A+ on cleanliness and location. Umit was spotless and lile new. Its 5 min dribe to Rehoboth beach and less than 10. Mims to Dewey beach. Perfect location for shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this property. No complaints here.

Relaxing Getaway

We stayed for a long weekend and it was delightful! The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location for getting downtown to the boardwalk easily. We also loved the easy access to the trail to walk and be around trees! And, our morning coffee and conversation on the porch was the best. Amy is responsive and super accommodating. Nice family vacation for the 4th

Great stay for my partner, kid, dog and me. Little amenities were greatly appreciated like travel soaps to hold us over until we made it to LEH soaps. Was grateful linens and bath towels were included and appreciated the interior decorating of the house. Unexpected fire alarm on the 4th added a little excitement that evening! Kid loved the pool.

Very Clean with easy access. Hostess thought of every little detail to make our stay even nicer; even down to a phone charger in each bedroom. Very well stocked with pots pans dishes utensils and cooking oils and Spices, etc. Pet friendly! Decor so nice, making it very welcoming. Would recommend

Perfect getaway

The property was exactly what the pictures and description stated it would be. It had everything my friends and I needed for a hassle free getaway whether we were going out or staying in. We would definitely reccomend this condo to anyone looking for a touch of home away from home. Amy was super helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Beautiful location with easy access to all beaches and boardwalk but still far enough away from the crowds to make it peaceful.

For many years, I have traveled for business & pleasure; this Condo at The TIDES is the Closest Place to PERFECTION in My World. Amy has Thought of EVERYTHING ! The BEST HOME AWAY from HOME; I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED ! Murphy, our dog acclimated quickly. There are even dog beds available. All you have to bring is your personal stuff & food. EXCELLENT LOCATION ! Minutes to Our Favorite Restaurants - Big Fish Grill, Just in Thyme, the Lemon Tree, etc. All Kinds of Shopping & Entertainment Options. Hidden Gem

The condo was clean and comfortable. Had everything you would need. The beach was nearby and easy to drive to. We enjoyed the pool after being at the beach all day.
