  • Located In a very quiet residential neighborhood,but close to beach(1.6Miles) ,outlets(1/3Mile) .Restaurants and super markets within 1 mile.Hiking/biking trail is a block away ( bring your bikes).

    **Maximum 2 adults and 2 minors.

    This is a NON SMOKING home.

    One bedroom ( a queen bed & 2 twins)) in the basement with private entrance from lower level of the house with large Private bath room and Control Your own central AC.
    There are Microwave oven ,Toaster oven,coffee maker and a refrigerator .
