wonderful space

A bunch of us came to Rehoboth beach for a long weekend and this space did not disappoint! We had a wonderful time, the check-in process was easy, and parking was easy. We even got some pool time in! I would say that if you are not a fan of stairs, consider that when renting because you do have to get everything up approx two flights of stairs. All in all, great location and wonderful communication from the owners. Thank you!

Rehoboth Stay

We had a fantastic stay! The property was spacious and had everything we needed, including a screened balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, board games (teens enjoyed), reliable WiFi, well-sized bedrooms, and charming beach decor. There were plenty of towels provided, which was a plus. Parking was abundant, and we really enjoyed the pool. One of our favorite perks was being by the Fractured Prune donut shop—a delicious bonus! Not to mention a short drive to the Beach. The host was incredibly accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! Jon

Beautiful place!

This was a GREAT family vacation. The place was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Beds were also very comfortable. The pool was great to relax in after a day on the beach. I would love to rent this place again.

Rehoboth vacation/birthday trip

The property was lovely and we spent significant time at the pool and beach. We had a few hiccups in the very beginning with the TVs, 1 remote missing and dead batteries in 1 of the remotes. An instruction sheet to explain what streaming services were on each of the TVs would have been very helpful but we reached out to the owner instead that evening. Also the loft area was not setup for my family. We had to move heavy bulky furniture to configure and fit the open sofa bed for my adult cousin and the bedding was not readily available but the owner got on it the next morning and after that, everything went quite smoothly. We do appreciate Kris, the owner for handling things promptly the next morning! We had a wonderful time in Rehoboth and would definitely come back. Thank you Kris.

Enjoyed our long weekend

The house was nice and the community was well maintained. My only issues were that the room description on the listing left out that the bedroom with a king was completely open to downstairs and the loft area. I was aware that the loft would be open but was very surprised about the bedroom. It was a little bit of an issue with 3 kids under 2 years old. It would have been nice to know. Also, the pull out bed in the loft was nearly impossible. It had a heavy coffee table blocking it with no where even to put the table if you were able to lift it up over the other furniture to get it out. Also, the carpet in the whole place was VERY DIRTY. We took our shoes off as instructed and everyone’s feet were black in less than an hour from walking on it. Also an issue for me with babies and kids. It is definitely in need of a deep cleaning.

Home sweet home!

This place was wonderful, my children and I felt very comfortable and cozy in this clean and spacious condo. Comfortable beds, beautiful view of the pond and had all the amenities covered! Next year we will be booking with you guys, thank you for letting us rent with you!

Great spot, Definitely Coming Back

The communication from the start was prompt and thorough. The place was described perfectly and the check-in/check-out process was a snap. My friends and I had a blast and loved the location. So easy to get to the beach and right across from the pool for late afternoon usage. Top of the list for return rentals in Rehoboth area.
