49 Baltimore Ave unit 3- Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
Second floor, one bedroom apartment, located approximately 1.5 blocks to the beach. The unit includes open concept living, and a completely remodeled bathroom that was completed in April 2025! There is off street parking for 2 cars and a shared back deck. This is the perfect Rehoboth Beach getaway, and we do offer 3+ night bookings!

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $116.00.

Booking Restrictions- 2 and 3 Night Stays

Bedding-1 Queen, 1 Queen Sleep Sofa

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

The walls are too thin. You can hear people walking, talking, does closing and laughing Pull out couch is super sunken in. Had to sleep on couch. Steps and deck were cranky and lose. We will not be returning.

Great location in the center of Rehoboth, with excellent restaurants along the block and the beach just a short walk away. Plenty of room for two people, with a good-sized kitchen and comfortable bed. Bathroom was remodeled since our visit last year - walk-in shower is very spacious, though the vanity is a bit large for the small space available. Other than that, though, the property was ideal. Hope to return next year!

Easy check in at realtor company. Kitchen is equipped, no ‘extras’ like seasonings or condiments. Very convenient location, one block off main Rehoboth Ave and a block and a half from the beach. Of note: units are not well marked, couldn’t tell which unit was which either outside or inside the house. Bathroom is quite small. Like ‘sit on the toilet and your knees touch the tub’ small. Would not recommend for anyone exceedingly tall or with a larger body type.

Everything was very nice. The place was very nice, although small for 4 people. Bathroom was very small. Although the upgrade was very nice. The location was perfect! Within walking distance from everything. We would definitely come back.

I went on a long weekend trip with my boyfriend, and this spot was perfect for us. It was walkable to all the main places in downtown Rehoboth and the boardwalk. The unit was clean, and the bathroom was tiny but newly renovated. We would definitely stay hear again!

Not modern but close to the beach

Clean. But I think the carpet needs to be replaced. No hassle in checking in. Bathroom is beautiful newly renovated but awkward. Not modern but given its closeness to the beach I would overlook a lot. I would use this place again. Thanks.

Nice little spot near the beach

Not a lot of frills, but a very usable and nice (very clean) little place near the beach. Perfect for a couple on a weekend getaway. Nice little balcony to relax on after a day in the sun and sand. I would recommend the host get curtains for the bedroom.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The location is outstanding. There are stairs involved and this would be tough for elderly or handicapped. Apartment was clean, however, the bathroom could definitely use some work. No laundry machines or dishwasher. Bedroom could use a smart TV in it. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Enjoyable getaway

The property was very nice and the location was great. The bathroom was a little small (the door just barely cleared the vanity) and the wifi went down and didn't come back up. We had a great time and would come back again!
