It comprises a lovely 49 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of approximately 2,500 m². The house is ideally located in Régusse, in a very pleasant environment. You will have access to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets and more.

- The lakes in the region, notably Lake Esparon, Lake Quinson and Lake Sainte Croix for swimming, paddleboarding or relaxing on wild beaches.
- The Gorges du Verdon: canoeing, kayaking, pedalos, hiking.
- Outdoor activities: mountain biking, tree climbing, horse riding, via ferrata and rock climbing are available in the region.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. It can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
