「We stayed for 4 nights with our 2 sons using this as a base to explore Tuscany including Florence, Sienna, and Pisa. It was a perfect location arriving back each evening to enjoy the pool and relax on the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Nicola was an excellent host and was there to answer any questions, make excellent recommendations and provide any services we needed. 」

「We needed to accommodate 8 people and this apartment’s 4 full bedrooms, 3 baths really helped us to be comfortable for our stay. The air conditioning in all rooms worked great and really helped on these hot days, also it was great that we were able to do laundry in the washing machine and hang it to dry on the large balcony. 「Our host was very attentive. Weather was unexpectedly cold when we first arrived. Martina quickly came over and showed us how to set the heat. Heated floors were wonderful. Rooms are spacious with a well equipped kitchen and sitting area. The loft area was perfect for our 20 something to have a little time away. Very close to a couple of good restaurants and a bakery. Wine window is about 100 steps from our door. Highly recommend! 」

「Inaccurate property descriptions: - 1 of the bedrooms has a sofa bed with VERY uncomfortable mattress. This is NOT a "bed," very misleading. - Bedroom listed above does not have "direct access to bathroom" as advertised. Poor Service: - Keypad for property access was inoperable, never fixed during stay. - Terrible sewer smell within unit, many lights burned out. - Poor Wi-Fi access (only usable in front of unit). - No response to multiple inquiries during stay to get these things...
