「TV didn’t work, staff wasn’t helpful. It didn’t work throughout the stay. Staff made not much effort to fix or offer options. Just said we called TV company and “they will do what they can”. Nothing was done.」

「Fix the water pressure and warmth of your showers!!!」

「The service here was excellent. I was there for a wedding and the front desk staff helped me on a few occasions. Great people!」

「Staff was lovely and gave us another room when we asked because ours smelled like smoke. Then fixed the toilet in the new room. Breakfast was minimal, pillows were uncomfortable and worn, recommend bringing your own pillow.」

「Great customer service, thank you!!!」

「The place was very clean and nice. Central location to food places and shopping.」

「以前も泊まっていますが、いつも通りに素晴らしい場所でした。チェックインアウトはスムーズ。食事はシンプルながらも美味しい。」

「Everything was great. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean. If you need a super cold room to sleep, consider bringing a fan. The building is brick and wasn't built with air conditioning, so they are limited on where they can install the individual units. It worked fine, but its location limited air flow a little. Not really any fault of their own. Breakfast was great as well.」

「Would have enjoyed my shower more if the water was hotter. Overall. Very nice stay.」

「Room was great. Separate bathroom and bedroom off the Kitchen/Living Room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't have the opportunity to use the amenities.」
