"We rented this house for my son’s graduation at Fort Jackson and it did not disappoint! From the time we walked through the door we could not stop talking about how nice the house was and neither could our family! Everything was very thought out and the perfect blend of hotel and home. My son was able to spend some time relaxing while enjoy his family and the laughter and smiles were non stop. I would recommended this home to anyone coming in for graduation, you won’t regret it! Great neighborhood, all the food and stores close by and not far from post at all. "

"I’d highly recommend staying here. My family stayed for 1 month and had all of the comforts of home. The host has excellent communication and replies so fast. The kitchen has every appliance you could need and the beds are very comfortable as well. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. "

"Positives- wonderful neighborhood, spacious, host was attentive, clean, perfect location for graduations from both University of South Carolina and Fort Jackson and for sporting events at the University.Negatives-pictures of main floor are not how the house looks now. Issues we had with the house-not all tv's worked, plumbing issues (leak thru ceiling in the living room from upstairs bathroom and had to turn off the water to one of the toilets as it continued to run), grills did not work, could not sit on front porch due to swarming termites, backyard fence is falling down, previous renters showed up at the property looking for packages they had sent there.We ending up leaving early as we were uncomfortable with the previous renters showing up and the fact that every time we came back to the house there was a new issue that popped up.While the host was very apologetic and responded quickly to our issues, this first experience with VRBO has turned me off from using in the future. I spent a good amount of money to come down to enjoy my son's college graduation and I spent way too much time addressing issues and not being comfortable or being able to relax upon returning to the house. I am thankful that the reservation that I made in December of 2024 for May of 2025 was not cancelled and that my whole family could be together.This property could be perfect for a large group if all the issues we encountered can be rectified and cleaned up."

"Overall very satisfied. Not overly tech savvy & had some problems figuring out the TV & what stations we could watch. But for us older folks who would just as soon go to bed it was fine. "
