"The room was cleanish. Had a strong mildew oder and the ac was confusing. Had to adjust both panel and the ac on wall to have it cool down. Back door was odd on ground level and a bit scary? It wouldn’t close properly after checking it once. No bathroom ventilation was horrible. Shower had no door water went everywhere… It was a beautiful place but seemed crowded and loud. We expected family’s even though they pushed this couples thing hard. It’s next to universal studios but the whole place was just massive groups of little kids. Pool was a mess, bees everywhere, food took 45 minutes. Couldn’t touch the pool was overrun with unattended children."

"Check in was fine including a late 1pm checkout was good The pool and hot tub would be good if there we’re changing rooms which there is not The place needs a face lift and some maintenance The biggest issue is places to eat if you don’t have a car They have Thank God it’s Friday inside the hotel except the service is bad the food is not made to order and since there is nowhere else to go I won’t stay there again"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Loews Hollywood Hotel! We upgraded to a top-floor room with a view of the Hollywood Sign, and it truly made us feel like king and queen for the week. Waking up to that iconic view every day, relaxing in the plush bathrobes, and enjoying the beautiful room made the whole trip feel extra special. The location could not have been more perfect for our weeklong trip to the Netflix Is A Joke Festival. We were able to walk to both the Hollywood Bowl and the Dolby Theatre with ease, which made getting to shows stress-free and fun. Having the Ovation Hollywood shops and restaurants right downstairs was incredibly convenient for grabbing meals, coffee, or exploring between events. One of the biggest perks was how close the Metro station was — literally steps away. We were able to easily catch trains to Santa Monica, downtown LA/Union Station, and even Anaheim for a Disneyland day trip without needing to drive everywhere. The rooftop deck and heated pool were also highlights of the stay. They became our favorite place to regroup, recharge, and relax during downtime between adventures. Overall, this hotel was the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and classic Hollywood energy. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"When arrived on location to check in they charged my card for early check in 65 and parking 50 for 2 nights. Then they changed my room 2 times do to not having communicated with housekeeping about early check in.. "
