「In the checkin last weekend, the hotel staff told me that there is no reservation. I had to negotiate with the staff for some time, and then she noticed her mistake. An hour later, I left my room and went downstairs. The staff was a little irritated and said "Your credit card is not valid and you have to pay for the fee immediately". The credit card number she showed me was not my number (maybe the number of the other guest). It was incredible. I showed my credit card. She took my credit card...
