「Everything was filthy, entrance 6 had a horrid smell you had to hold your breath to walk though. Bed had crumbs and dog hair. There was womans underwear left behind from previous occupant. Rooms smelled like mold, when they came to change the sheets the owners wife and daughter came and looked visibly upset. The pool was dirty, the hot tub had visible floating dead skin cells. When it was time for breakfast there was not much to pick from not enough for the people that showed up for it.」

「We found the pool and hot tub were out of order due to a leak. The pool was the main reason for our stay. The man at the desk cheerfully canceled our reservation and explained the amenities at the other motels in the area. Otherwise, we would have been very happy to stay at the Super 8.」

「This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The property was difficult to find due to a lack of adequate signage, there was a person smoking right outside the front door and yelling at her phone. This created an unprofessional and unwelcoming first impression. A loud, continuously barking dog only added to the negative atmosphere. Although the innkeeper was polite, ongoing problems with the reservation system reflected poorly on the property’s management and organization....

「The room was clean, bathrooms could use some work. Breakfast was again not great. They had eggs and sausages out this time but they were cold. No one came to check or refresh it, so I’m sure they were not following food safety compliance. In such a small town with not many restaurants I was hoping they could do a better job.」

「The parking lot was newly surfaced. The air conditioner was easy to operate. The floor of our room was not swept. The sheets in one of the beds had little stains on them which indicated bed bugs. There were large plastic tubes mounted on the outside wall between every two room entrances with a hole cut into the top that were filthy for cigarette butts.」
