"The Carriage House was the perfect size for my wife and I. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Communication with host, check-in, and check-out were all quick and easy. We will definitely be staying there again on another GJ area visit."

"Nice hotel in a good location. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The only issue during our stay was the slow Wi‑Fi. Our biggest disappointment came at checkout — we weren’t acknowledged or thanked. The woman at the desk stayed on the phone and didn’t offer even a nod of courtesy. A strong stay overall, but the checkout experience left a poor final impression."

"We loved our stay! The place was spotless! We loved sitting on the front porch with our morning coffee!! Easy walk to downtown Palisade! The Sunday morning farmers market is incredible! We will definitely be back!"

"I don’t even know to describe this stay aside from heaven on earth, at least for us. Rooms are fabulous, the setting is wonderful. It’s still being built, that wasn’t an issue for us at all but could be for others. Come with food as it’s very remote but has a wonderful kitchen, there is a small farm shop if you get stuck."

"The hummingbirds were a bonus I was not expecting! So fun to watch them while having coffee on the patio in the morning. The hosts were incredible! They live in the main house which is connected to the guest house, so they are right there if needed but also respect your privacy. Highly recommend this property for a quiet comfortable stay!"
