This hotel is gorgeous and the customer service is excellent!! It felt really good to sleep in such a quiet place and be away from the city hustle and bustle! The views around this hotel were gorgeous and I loved the landscaping here! We got dinner here and the meal was fantastic! I highly recommend this place!

El lugar espectacular, las instalaciones buenas pero lo malo fueron las camas muy incomodas. Si estas haciendo el camino y quieres descansar bien con esas camas no descansas como debes. Deberían cambiar los colchones por unos mas buenos y no tan blandos. El personal encantador, así da gusto estar.

Mooie locatie, hoog in de heuvels, wel ver van het dorp af. Het was voorheen een boerderij en je ziet er overblijfselen van. Eigenaren zijn eenvoudige hardwerkende mensen die het d3 gasten naar de zin willen maken

Frío

Pasamos frío. Llegamos tarde, fuera del horario de la casa, 2 adultos y nuestros 2 hijos pequeños. La habitación estaba helada. No sabía que no tenía calefacción con radiadores. Tenía 2 máquinas de aire con bomba de calor. Se agradece que al menos los hubiesen dejado encendidos desde el cierre de la casa, ya que en pleno diciembre te puedes imaginar. Al margen del calor que genera una bomba de calor que es agobiante. En la habitación puedes tirar con ello, pero el baño no tiene calor por ningún medio, así que es muy frío. Para colmo, por la mañana, nos quedamos sin agua caliente. Tuve que sacar a mi hija del baño con la cabeza enjabonada porque dejó de salir agua caliente. Fui a decirlo al personal de la casa y me dijeron que sería porque se fue la luz de madrugada.... Ni un mísero lo siento. Tuve que terminar de duchar a mi hija con agua fría

Casa perfecta para disfrutar de paz y buena comida

La Casa es estupenda, bonita, cómoda, buen tamaño de habitaciones y baño, tranquilidad total, buena cena. El trato tanto a la entrada como durante la estancia muy agradable también. Muy recomendable pero si estás haciendo el Camino De Santiago, no subas andando, es muy duro después de una etapa completa.

Dans un coin reculé, bercé de Nature, ce lieu est idéal pour trouver calme et repos sur le chemin de Compostelle ou en randonnée dans la région. Cuisine basique mais servie sur une charmante petite terrasse. Petite équipe, accueil chaleureux et familial.

Es una casa rural en la montaña. Las habitaciones son correctas con una nevera pequeña. Cuarto de baño correcto con secador. El desayuno tostadas con mantequilla mermelada y embutido. Pasta. Zumo. Cafe. Puedes cenar. Nosotros cenamos tortilla de patatas y ensalada una botella de agua 10 euros. Son muy amables.

Muy mala experiencia

El alojamiento no corresponde a lo que se publica en la pagina de i ternet, no tenia wifi wn la habitacion, el desayuno no fue buffet y era un basico de cafe con 5 tostaditas para dos personas, un poco de melon y sandia, dos fetas de queso para dos, un poco de jamon. En la ducha no habia jabon, el dispenser estaba vacio, los techos a dos aguas hacian que uno se golpee la cabeza con el te ho y no soy alta, el aire no se podia graduar, si lo prendia hacia frio y si lo apagaba teniamos calor. Al llegar muertas de cami ar teniamos que subir la maleta por escaleras y nadie nos ayudaba, no puede haber una persona sola para limpiar recibir a los huespedes y atender el basico de desayuno. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo para nada,

Estuvimos en la habitación de 4 personas, tanto la habitación como el cuarto de baño es amplio. Lo único que no hay persianas y las cortinas no tapan del todo la luz, por lo que entra desde primera hora de la mañana. También nos costó dormir porque pasadas las 12 de la noche todavía se escuchaba la música del restaurante. Los exteriores son agradables y hay varias mesitas para poder disfrutarlos. El desayuno es variado y está bien. La chica que lo sirve es diligente y paciente con las peticiones de cada huésped

Habitación correcta en establecimiento mejorable

Las habitaciones en sí están bien, limpias, cama cómoda, baño aceptable, aire acondicionado, nevera...Los problemas serían la ubicación, que está totalmente apartado del mundo (si vas en coche ok, para peregrinos muy mal) y los horarios de la cafetería, que hasta las 9 no abrían para el desayuno.

No wonder why they've got so many stars in their reviews. What an awesome place. Although it's a bit away from civilization, the place is about 15min away from airport, a perfect stop between Vigo/Compostela and Porto. It is clean, organized, updated... without missing Spain's famously known Stone arquitectura.

As Chivas is a lovely, rather remote hotel. Breakfast and dinner were available as there are no restaurants close by. The food was excellent and the staff pleasant and helpful.

Quiet scenic area with warm welcome

Loved this Casa rural. From the warm welcome and ease of check in to the nice spacious room and good food- we enjoyed it all. Our room was in a block of rooms separate from the kitchen and dining area. We had a seating area outside on a little terrace and we were looking forward to using it but unfortunately the wind drove us indoors. (The weather had just changed from sun to rain.) There was a lot of outdoor space and facilities to wash and hang out clothes. This was much appreciated when you are walking the Camino. It was very easy to get back on the Camino the following day... out the door, left, and keep going downhill!

Emplazado en un lugar precioso. La atención muy buena. Cenamos los dos días que estuvimos y la calidad realmente buena. Por poner algo que mejorar falta iluminación en la zona de desayunos y agua en el buffet de desayuno

Great rural location

We loved the location and quality of accommodation at this rural house. The food was also very good and plentiful. Breakfast was Continental style, with nice breads, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit and pastries. Although this property is slightly out of the way of Camino de Santiago it didn't put us off and we were delighted we'de chosen this property for our stop in Redondela.
