「A nice big hotel with many pools and water slides. Lots of places to sit around the pool. There is also a beach. The property is clean and the staff work hard to maintain it. The room was perfectly fine. The staff were good, although there is quite a lot of pressure to tip which I found annoying and uncomfortable. 「I would give this resort 5 stars but the air conditioning in our room was broken for 5 hours on our last day before check out and it is very hot in Egypt. I contacted reception about this but they told us it was a local emergency and they were unable to do anything about it which was disappointing as the room quickly became very hot while we were trying to pack up before leaving.
