"This hotel is way better than the pictures shared online. It’s clean and generally looks fantastic. The staff is helpful and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. There are Spa and other service offerings on the property and those people working in this can be really pushy to an irritation trying to force and sell you their offerings. They come every 5 minutes with items and services on offer at the beach when all you’d like is to relax and rest. The food was above par although they’d repeat 80% of their offering. The reception staff is phenomenal. "

"All staff are very helpful and friendly. They made a beautiful birthday cake for us. The food is extremely high quality and very generous portions. Ahmed was there at every mealtime and also at the pool bar to make sure we did not want for anything - thank you Ahmed - you made our stay very memorable "

"My husband and I stayed Casa Cook El Gouna to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first holiday without our kids and honestly had an incredible experience! The decor at Casa Cook is beautiful. You can tell every aspect’s been well thought about! The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate our anniversary. High quality rooms and high quality service. The staff here were incredibly helpful and honestly one of the best we’ve ever had the privileged to come across. Special mentions to Gamil and Hussen who were incredible.
