Please do not order Amazon packages to the house, as Amazon delivery is unreliable in our area. Walmart is more reliable if you need something delivered, but the arrival of packages is sometimes delayed.
Guests must climb stairs to enter the front door or garage door.
Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the house, garage, or on the deck or patio.
We allow pets with a $100 per pet fee. Guests MUST use the provided pet blankets if pets will be on furniture. If pet blankets are not used over beds and couches, guests will be subject to additional cleaning fees. We have dog bowls and a dog bed.
We ask that you be respectful of the neighbors and refrain from excessive noise/loud music. Please be especially mindful of noise between the hours of 8 pm- 8 am.
We ask that guests park in the garage.
The Red Lodge area is a Zone 2 dark sky area that has spectacular night sky/star viewing. Please turn off outside lights when not in use to avoid unnecessary neighborhood lighting, as stargazing is a popular activity among the neighbors and others in the community.
Nearby Custer Gallatin National Forest is a Zone 1 dark sky area, which is an absolute black sky, making it some of the best star viewing in the country.
Fireworks and snowmobiling are not allowed at any time on or around the property.
Please park in the garage if possible.
Please keep outdoor lights off when not in use.
Do not leave any trash or food outside. Keep doors and windows shut/locked when not using. We frequently have wildlife around the house.
Please read our sauna rules before entering the sauna.
