"We went for one night for a graduation. The staff was polite, but our room still had a previous guest's towel hanging on the bathroom door, which left me feeling like it hadn't been cleaned. The pool was warm and mostly clean, and they had plenty of towels. Our room was quiet, but there was something on the carpet and on the couch that looked almost black and was crunchy. The beds were lumpy. They did say it was a non-smoking property, but we had someone outside our door who was smoking, and they had people by the pool smoking, and since I am allergic to smoke, it was not great. But it was okay for a single night. Nothing great"

"Room was really outdated, cleanliness of the room was subpar compared to similar properties. One of the mattresses was really broken down like lying in someone else’s body print."

"This is a clean, safe, quiet property. They take great care of their pool and hot tub. Good parking, good check in. No coffee makers in the room but they have coffee in the office and cereal, toast, and muffins for breakfast. I’ve stayed here quite a few times. It is a great value. Easy walk to anything. "

"When we were looking for a room, we specifically looked for pet friendly because we have a dog we brought along. But upon checking in, we found out that this place is not pet friendly and that was a huge problem. This drastically increased our cost. We also needed a 2 bedroom place for two couples. The room we were given had a bedroom with a connecting bathroom and the second bathroom was in a large closet. So you had to go through the master bedroom in order to get into the second bathroom. We complained to the front desk and they assigned us a new room which had entirely separate bedrooms. The furniture and cupboards were dated and old, but still good. The shower drained worked well. AC worked well. Fridge works."

"Fine hotel. We strangely got two accessible rooms, which I don't remember booking. But they were fine. Nice and spacious. The hotel is very close to shopping areas. We arrived late and tired, so we just walked across the parking lot to Denny's, which was great. Target nearby was very helpful to stock up for our trip."
