Precisa de uma piscina aonde tenha sol, e água aquecida, fiquei 12 dias e não utilizei a piscina pois água é gelada, fui agora em julho 2025. Triste que a orla estava em reforma, muito ruim e feio, mais o restou bom atendimento, pessoas simpática, foi bom

Bonitinho e ordinario?

O hotel e novo, demonstra ter no maximo uns 4 a 6 meses, porem existe alguns fatos que devem ser informados. 1- Hotel é novo, porem vemos que feito com pressa e sem cuidado. 2- Nos finais de semana solicite os hoteis de numero par, pois os impares ficam ao lado de uma igreja e creio que o Deus deles seja meio surdo, pois a barulheira é grande.

Vendem mais quartos do que tem disponi

Um desastre total! Realizei a reserva com antecedência, solicitei uma diária a mais porque iria chegar de madrugada e queria ter tempo hábil de tomar um banho antes do trabalho, pensei em tudo para ter uma boa experiência, mas não contava com o amadorismo do Rede Andrade Boa Viagem. Ao chegar no hotel por volta das 6h da manhã fui surprendido com a péssima notícia de que venderam mais quartos do que o hotel tem disponibilidade e, mesmo tendo entrado em contato dias antes informando o meu horário de check-in (havia esser registro na minha ficha), simplesmente não tinha quarto disponível para mim e por isso me jogaram para um outro hotel da Rede, de uma qualidade muito inferior ao que eu havia contratado. Tive uma experiência horrível, tanto pelo incoveniente de precisar mudar de hotel, quanto pela qualidade do hotel para o qual fui mandado. Fiquei no Onda Mar, um hotel muuuito velho, com um ar condicionado fraquíssimo e barulhento, uma TV que não funcionava, tudo muito ruim! Entrei em contato na recepção para buscar um quarto melhor e SIMPLESMENTE ME IGNORARAM! Já havia me hospedado antes em outros hotéis da rede (LG Inn, Vela Branca), mas essa experiência foi péssima, tanto pelo absurdo no Boa Viagem quanto pela qualidade do serviço do Onda Mar. Não recomendo!

Pequenos ajustes

O hotel aparenta ser novo, inclusive percebe-se que algumas coisas ainda precisam ser finalizadas. O quarto em si era muito confortável, no entanto o banheiro tinha muito retorno de cheiro de esgoto. Precisaria melhorar isolamento acústico. Na nossa noite de hospedagem, parecia que estávamos dentro do culto da igreja que fica ao lado.

Limpeza no geral do hotel poderia estar melhor.Banheiro com chuveiro dificil de refular a temperatura da água, era quente demais ou fria.Papel higiênico de péssima qualidade, disposto em cima da pia sem nenhuma proteção.Café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Sem gelo para suco, suco muito doce e faltando mamão todos os dias que estavamos la. Muita coisa pra melhorar. Creio que uma gestao ruim. Esperava mais por ser um hotel a beira mar.
