The pool area seems abandoned, and there was trash there all days as well as rusted areas and a gigantic hole on the ceiling. We were three people, and they refused to give us a third pillow. There were no hands towels in the bathrooms, and only bar soap. Beds were not comfortable at all….. They also gave us our towels at the end of the first day of our stay. Breakfast was pretty good though. And it’s across from a supermarket, three blocks from the beach, and close to restaurants, drugstores, which made the location pretty good.

Estadia razoável

Foi uma estadia razoável. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, fomos muito bem atendidos, mas a acadêmia estava em situação precária e a piscina (algo importante para nós na tomada de decisão pelo hotel) ficou em manutenção por três dias seguidos, o que impossibitou a nós o uso. Não houve serviço de quarto enquanto estivemos lá. Havia pingueiras no banheiro e no quarto. A internet (Wi-fi) caía direto (talvez por causa do fato de estarmos no último andar, mas se propõem "Wi-fi livre", supõe-se que seja possível utilizá-lo. Infelizmente, em muitos momentos tivemos que utilizar dados móveis, pois a internet do local não funcionava. A comida do café da manhã estava excelente. No mais, é isso.

O hotel em si não está ruim, porém tivemos uma pessima experiencia. O ar condicionado do nosso quarto nao funcionava, as pilhas do controle estavam descarregadas, num calor de quase 40 graus em Recife... pedimos pra arrumarem e nada... tem um bom cafe da manha, porem no salao do cafe tbm estava um calor infernal, saimos escorrendo suor. Creio que devem fazer propositalmente, pra gente tomar cafe rapidamente e sair. Nao me hospedaria novamente.

O telefone não estava funcionando, cheguei no quarto não tinha toalha. Demoraram para trocar a toalha. Café da manhã bom, com frutas frescas e variedade ok. Bom atendimento. O hotel é claramente antigo.
