"Stayed one night both ends of our 14 day trip as they have a shuttle to the airport. Driver was great the van definitely needs replacement! Our initial stay was a room on the first floor and it was old and just seemed creepy but the front desk staff was great and we were there 6 hours, so based on that we figured one more night wouldn’t kill us. What a difference, van was still the same but our second floor room was exceptional, spotless and clearly renovated. Different front desk staff but still friendly and efficient. It earns its good ratings!"

"Cold water faucet not working properly. Laminate flooring had big gaps. Free coffee in the lobby, but walk 50 feet into the bistro and they charged me, what is with that? $45.00 per night to park your car is outrageous!"

"Clean and friendly. Would not be a place for people who have trouble with stairs. The location seemed removed from waterfront activities but Portland is quite small and walkable. We would return. Suggestion: With the shared bathroom, an exhaust fan and or air fresheners would go a long way."

"We really liked the location because you could walk to restaurants and to the water in just minutes. We also used the Valet parking which was extremely helpful. Even though this hotel is pricey for us, we are very happy we chose to stay here."
