"Stayed in suite room July 2026. On plus side, room was spacious and mostly clean and it was a short walk to downtown Manchester. But roof shingles were disintegrating and chips of it littered the deck. Shower had some black mildew. Sofa and chairs had the hardest cushion of any upholstered furniture ..."

"Close drive to Town. I would suggest this as a location for a man group. I believe it needs a feminine touch for some nice decor and to remove cobwebs, possibly a new paint job to cover marks on walls. We were not informed of the Brown water, we bought our own bottled water at the store."
