"The view from the room, the spa bath, spaciousness, the comfy bed, the continental breakfast. The bush walk, fitness trail. We so enjoyed our stay we don't want to tell people about it : ) and we didn't even get to try the wellness center because it booked out so quickly. We'll revisit."

"Absolutely stunning place to stay! Gorgeous ocean views from each bedroom, back covered porch for a rainy day (we had sun the entire time!). The hosts were readily available for any questions. Place was immaculate, kayaks available, easy check in/out. Kitchen well equipped and pictures accurately show the property. Close to Tākaka, Farewell Spit, Pupu Springs, and so much more!"

"Amazing location with views in every direction. Modern home with everything you need. Lovely shower room and separate toilet. Enjoyed sitting on balcony, bbq dinner and watching the amazing night sky whilst listening to Kia and a kiwi. We drove down to town as it was a bit steep but worth driving around the area as it’s beautiful. Definitely recommend "

"We had the most comfortable 4 day stay at Ratanui. Everything was better than expected! What made the stay exceptional was the amazing staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and right at home. The chefs and the menu were such an unexpected surprise!
