RATE INCLUDES:
-Cleaning twice per week
-Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden
-Drinking water and water fees included
-Towels and linens provided
-Fiber WiFi, cable TV, and safe

RATE EXCLUDES:
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit
Crib and High Chair 1,900 baht per stay (by request)
Extra Bed 1900 baht per stay (by request)
BBQ Griller (By Request)

HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa (FINE: 20,000 BAHT)
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.

- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition
- Providing airport transfer
- Tours and Activities
-Arranging massage at the villa
-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge

Sweet Luxery

Es waren sehr schöne Ferien und die Villa ist perfekt.Leider ist die Lage nicht ideal, weil man für alles ein Taxi braucht. Sehr schade war die Baustelle gleich neben an, das war sehr störend und laut. Vor allem am Morgen, wenn man in den Ferien ein wenig länger schlafen könnte.
