Top Location mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Objekt ist wunderschön und eigentlich auch sehr gut gelegen. Es ist in jedem Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Ein kleiner Punkt gibt es da aber doch, der mir als Technik-Freak nicht so gefallen hat. Jedes Zimmer hat TV aber es gibt leider kein TV-Provider, also kein Fernseh Empfang. Das Haus wurde mit hochwertigen Bose -Lautsprecher ausgestattet. Der zugehörige Receiver oder Verstärker fehlte aber leider. Also in Bezug auf Entertainment ist noch Luft nach oben (alles wieder instand stellen). Kurzum aber war der Aufenthalt sehr sehr schön und weiter zu empfehlen. Auf jeden Fall würden wir die Villa sofort wieder mieten... Besten Dank Cathrine

Triste période qui nous a privé de nos vacances, nous connaissions cette magnifique villa, mais hélas le Covid est plus fort que nous avons dû nous résilier à rester confiné. Maison très agréable copie conforme à l'annonce. Le moins : manque de vaisselle . Piscine tres froide. L'organisation de la maintenance, menage fait une fois pendant notre séjour ainsi que le change des serviettes la veille de notre depart. Quartier tranquille un peu éloigné des commerces et de la plage. Véhicule ou moto indispensable. Nous avons apprécié notre sejour mais nous aurions voulu plus de contacts avec des responsables.

Propriétaires malhonnêtes

Tout d’abord ne vous fiez pas aux photos la propriété est loin d’être aussi grande qu’annoncé les 350 m² sont inexistants à notre arrivée nous avons dû faire revenir le service de nettoyage car la propriété était d’une saleté rare Il est propriétaire nous avait vanté une luxueuse villa et bien on n’en est loin vu l’état du mobilier et des équipements les chaises de cuisine déchiré le canapé dans un état lamentable déchiré tachée dans tout l’essenles propriétaires nous avait vanté une luxueuse villa et bien on n’en est loin vu l’état du mobilier et des équipements les chaises de cuisine déchirer le canapé dans un état lamentable déchiré taché dans tout les sens sans parler des problèmes on nous avait promis résolu à notre arrivée tel que la fontaine de la piscine le jacuzzi le gaz ne fonctionnait pas la wi-fi que très rarement les télés aucune ne fonctionnait ni le lecteur DVD d’ailleurs et le comble réellement ça a été de recevoir une famille venir Sonner à la Villa avec un contrat de location dont les dates étaient exactement les mêmes que les nôtres si nous Étions arrivés une heure plus tard c’est locataires auraient eu la villa à notre place c’est inadmissible qu’un propriétaire profite et abuse à ce point bien évidemment il ne nous répond ni par SMS ni par mail bien trop content d’avoir encaissé 2 fois pour louer la même villa sur la même période à des couples différents la villa est jolie mais loin d’être une villa de luxe comme annoncé les équipements sont vieillissant abîmé ( 2 cafetière présente dans la villa mais aucune avec le vase obligé de faire couler le café directement dans une casserole quel luxe .... ) Je vous déconseille réellement cette Villa Très bien si elle était géré par des vrais propriétaires et non par des escrocs je suis sûre qu’ils répondront à notre commentaire en disant que tout est de notre faute comme ils ont l’habitude quand il y a commentaires négatifs mais nous avons énormément de photos et tous les échanges par SMS et WhatsApp avec les propriétaires ainsi que les deux contrats de location dés deux familles La seule chose qui sauve la vie là ce sont les équipes présentes sur place qui font de leur mieux avec le peu de moyens que leur donne les propriétaires ceci sont bien trop centré à escroquer les gens et s’en mettre plein les poches en premier temps du rêla seule chose qui sauve la vie là ce sont les équipes présentes sur place qui font de leur mieux avec le peu de moyens que leur donne les propriétaires.

Excellent villa!

The property is very cozy, the villa thoughtfully designed. Congratulations! It's a 7-8 minutes ride to Nai Harn beach, a Family Mart is within 100m distance. Also, a fantastic restaurant "Kook" is located across the street from the mentioned store, good massage parlors next to it. We really enjoyed our stay, however the housekeeping did not perform as promised, whatever the cause. This is the only reason why we don't rate it as a 5-star experience. Luckily, the villa is fully equipped and we managed some issues ourselves. Upgrade the maintenance and it will be perfect! Wish the owners all the best!

Not as advertised!

We rented this villa from May 30th to June 24th, 2018. The whole experience has left us very unhappy. The house is only 1200 square feet not the 3767 square feet like advertised. They forgot the baby cot which was planned over a year before. The house is no-where near beaches or amenities. We had to rent a car to be able to get to anything, which was a huge expense 18000baht plus gas. The first day we went exploring it took us over 45 minutes walking in 40 degree weather to get to the shops and restaurants. They changed our beds only twice the whole time and always came unannounced and while our baby was sleeping so the main bed was only changed once. They gave us one towel each for over a week and a half and when we complained they brought wet smelly towels as replacements. We had been in contact with the property managers right from the beginning about how upsetting this whole experience was as even the address given on the site was incorrect! When we google map the address given and the actual address there was over a 6 minute DRIVE apart. The only reason we actually got to the villa was they arranged a taxi from the airport. Otherwise we wouldn’t have known that the address was wrong until we went to the wrong villa! The closest beach was a 15 minute DRIVE and then the next closest was a HALF HOUR! There was no fitness centre, no waterfall, no bathrobes, the pool was way over chlorinated to the point it actually bleached our children’s bathing suits. All these issues were discussed with no resolution. Before writing this review, we had been in contact with the property manager right from day and again every time something else went wrong. Unfortunately no resolution has happened and no apology for the horrendous service. The water ran out every couple of days and had to have people in over and over again. We travelled with two small children and parents. This was unacceptable. The stairs in the place are uneven and my mother and sister both fell down leaving them in the hospital (with more expenses). We had to wait over 9 days to get a coffee pot which they promised to get the next day then it was the next and next to the point I had to call the general manager as nothing was taken seriously and we could never get a straight answer. The electricity at the end of the month was over 650.00 Canadian dollars for the month. We were so excited for this trip and spent so much time planning to be completely disappointed and frustrated!

Beautiful Clean Luxurious Villa

This place was just like it is picture, beautiful and clean. Cathy and Jean-Pierre the owners quickly responded to all of our questions and were helpful. When renting this place you are responsible for the electric, the days you are booked for. It does depend on your usage, but here is example we had five adults, used air condition in all rooms, couple loads of laundry but did not cook the six days and the cost was about 3800 Thai baht. This certainly would not deter me from renting this place, just wanted to give you an idea of cost. Stephan the property manager was exceptional. We had a little hiccup when arriving to the Phuket airport as they flew us into the domestic terminal but then transfer us to the international. Our schedule driver had been waiting for us but at the domestic terminal for an hour. For some reason we were having trouble calling Stephan from our cell phone but the friendly people at the airport called for us to make sure it was a local number. Stephan did not answer at this time but called the airport back within a minute or so. The friendly lady in the office at the airport located me. Within 15 minutes of so Stephan had the driver reach us. Anything we needed I know Stephan was just a call away. Talk about exceptional customer service! Also one of the safes locked but not with a code we had entered and Stephan was right there to resolve the issues. Do not hesitate to rent this place as you will be taken care of! It is off the beaten path a bit (just what we wanted) but pretty easy to get every where by walking or taking Grab (something like Uber) and taxis. It was great location for going to Phi Phi island etc. and close to so many other adventures, restaurants and beaches. Little grocery store, ATM close by too. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. Thank you again to all for making our vacation so special!

Unterkunft ist gut, Betreuung und Inklusivleistung nicht

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gut . Mehr aber nicht. Es wird viel versprochen, privater Koch, Masseuse usw. Nichts stimmt. Cathy und Jean Pierre schrieben uns, sie würden sich um unseren Aufenthalt kümmern. Nichts, vorher große Worte dann keinen Kontakt mehr. Es wird von einer fairen Abrechnung der genutzten Energie gesprochen. Wir haben unglaubliche 1000kW verbraucht. Obwohl wir mit der Aircon vorsichtig umgegangen sind. Andere Häuser rechnen mit dem Preis der Energieversorgers ab. Hier nicht. Übrigens wurde eine neue Straße vor dem Anwesen gebaut. Diese ist eine direkte Verbindung zwischen der Hauptstraße nach Nai Harn. Der Verkehr ist störend und nimmt täglich zu. Wir werden diese Unterkunft nicht mehr mieten. We will not rent this accommodation anymore. Nous ne louerons plus ce logement.

quiet area, automatic gate to the parking lot (good in the rain), cheap electric. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The only minus but not disturbing is the small water pressure. If one person at a time only shower, then it is ok.
