「No shops nearby. Furniture all dated. Bed sheets are old. Coffee maker available but no water to make coffee.」

「The pool was a disappointment. Circulation of water was poor and water had a slimey feel to it. Lighting in bathroom was in permanent on position making it hard to sleep in the room. Coffee maker did not work. Property was not able to get it fixed during our stay. Seemed to have poor communication between shifts. 」

「The night front desk was polite. The morning person was NOT AT ALL. I had a meeting so my partner waited in the lobby from the 10am checkout until 11:15 when i got back. The front desk person told him he couldnt stay in the lobby and bad to leave evn though he turned in the key proving we stayed there. Also saw a bedbug in the room. 」

「The hotel was very clean. We booked the hotel for the pool. I asked the chat thing what time it opened and it said 630. So since we were coming in late we were going to let the kids swim in the morning. However, the pool doesnt open until 9 am. Which is late for any hotel. We had to be on the road before then, so we had some disappointed kids. Also, when you book it says they will send you a digital key and you dont have to stop at the desk. They didnt send me one and we had to stop at the desk...

「I had 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom had no rug, floor sticky and disgusting, temp couldnt be adjusted. Room smelled like someone was smoking, and it was musty. There was no.shower gel in the bathtub either. I requested assistance none was given.」

「Parking was great. Ac/Heat worked well but was noisy. A lot of broken little things - light switch covers, door knobs, tables. Bed was comfortable, and the furniture seems relatively new. Never once saw an employee at the front desk. Check in was done over the phone. Asking for more towels couldn't be handled at the desk - had to call. Check out? You guessed it, no one there, had to ring a bell and wait. That all said. The room was comfortable, relatively quiet, clean, and inexpensive. 」

「The staff is fine for the most part. The rooms leave a bit to be desired. Beds are comfy. Improvement needed in cleaning & just making them look "professional" Plenty of novice maintenance & repairs goes on here. The pricing is great, so you somewhat get what you pay for. This was my 3 rd stay here for 6-11 days each, so the short comings aren't a deal breaker for me. It's a convenient location & reasonably priced.」
