The house on two floors is in a quiet position about 200m from the beach. It has a ground floor with a living room with sofa bed for two people and open kitchenette; 1st floor with a double bedroom, a bedroom with separate beds and a bathroom with floor shower. It is equipped with air conditioning, television and washing machine. It has an independent entrance, private garden equipped with fireplace and outdoor furniture and a parking space. It is suitable for families of 4/6 people. One small to medium sized pet is welcome. Ideal for a holiday by the sea, cycling along the paths in the pine forest, the relaxation of a holiday destination that has always been renowned and appreciated. The area is equipped for sporting activities of all kinds: tennis, beach volleyball, table tennis pong, sailing, windsurfing but also for the nightlife: the "dolce vita" aperitifs, parties and dancing parties on the beach. The Terme di Punta Marina are located between the green pine forest and the sea, just 5 km away. The Cervia Golf Club at 30km, the Equiland Center at 32km for horse riding, mini motorbikes or karts. A necessary visit is to the Po Delta Park, 46km away, which has territorial and ecological characteristics that make it unique in its kind. Lido Adriano is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the province of Ravenna. The province of Ravenna has its hub in one of the most beautiful cities in the world: Ravenna, in fact, which has captured the light of ancient Byzantium in the gold of its wonderful mosaics but also in Dante's tomb and historic buildings.
