「Nice owner, even there is an IT system failure and my booking didn’t go through to them, they still get me accommodated. I arrived late around 2300, not able to find the property, call them and call answer straight away. Clean nice room. Very high standard for a guest house. I would say hotel grade as I have been a hotel manager in most of my career in hospitality industry. 」

「ポスピタリティー溢れるリチャードさんとポーラさん夫婦が経営するB＆Bで、心身ともに快適な滞在でした。ウィンダミア駅から徒歩１０分ほど。バスを利用する場合は、５９９番のバスに乗車して５分ほど走った４つ目の停留所Baddeley Clockで下車　徒歩５分弱で到着できます。」

「Gorgeous Hotel centrally located in the village of Hawkshead, room had all the facilities, key pad entry so no keys to carry Bottles of water by the bedside and even my favourite Costa Coffee pods for the coffee maker Beautiful restaurant/cafe downstairs. Breakfast was included in my stay and was one of the best I’ve had Staff were very helpful and very nice Really can’t fault it and would definitely stay again 」

"スタッフが親切で、到事前に行ったランドリーの状況に関する質問に対しても、親切で的確に教えてくださりとても満足だった。駐車スペースは狭いうえに段差も大きく苦労した。近場で路上駐車もできるようだが、夕方では空きスペースがなく、車での訪問は少し厳しいかも。"

ザベルズフィールドホテル

"個人の邸宅を改装している趣きのあるホテル。湖畔は目の前で、フェリー乗り場にもすぐの素晴らしいロケーション。街中にも近い。階段が多いことや廊下が軋むことなど、建物の古さは感じるが、泊まった部屋は改装後でシャワーとバス別々にあり、湖畔側なので朝の湖を眺めることができ快適だった。レセプション、ルームサービス、レストラン等のスタッフもとても親切で、レストランの予約や観光プランなどの相談にも対応し、幼児にも優しく接してくれた。コメントに書かれているような人種差別的な態度は感じられなかった。ただし、外装工事中(かなり長い期間行っている模様)の表示がサイトにないこと、リフトが故障しており、見たところ修理する予定もなさそうなこと(荷物は運んでくれるが、幼児を抱えての移動には苦労あり)、結局最初の日は街中のレストランの予約が取れず、それ以上のサポートがなかったことを勘案した評価としました。"
