"We had organised to arrive at the property before the 3 o’clock check in and leave our cases but the lady at reception who let us into the building was very unwelcoming - the young lady that was there was very nice though . The room was in the ground floor and next to the lift . There are c32 rooms and we could constantly hear the guests entering the building ( really loud every time the door shut) then the mouse from the lift was horrendous . The key situation was a little cumbersome since our cell service was spotty and after being out all day we were frequently worried our phones would die before we got back to the property to open the door. The manager waited for us just a little after 9pm (which was the limit for the check in timing) and we highly appreciate that gesture
