The spacious apartment at Carpe Solem Rauris offers 80-100 m² of comfortable living space for up to 8 guests. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, and a separate WC in some units. Guests can enjoy a balcony or terrace with scenic views. The bedrooms are equipped with cozy double beds, and there's also a double sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including cookware, a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. A small starter kit with dishwashing tabs, detergent, sponge, trash bags, and cleaning cloths is provided upon arrival. The apartment also includes free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The decor is unique to each apartment, and pets are welcome upon request (for an additional fee).

Located in the beautiful Rauris Valley in the Nationalpark Hohe Tauern, the property offers convenient access to skiing and outdoor adventures. Situated directly at the Rauriser Hochalmbahnen cable car station, the apartment provides easy access to the ski slopes. Guests can relax in the 1,000 m² wellness area with an indoor pool, panoramic saunas, and an alpine rooftop garden. The Nationalpark Sommercard (May-Oct) and Nationalpark Wintercard (Dec-April) are included, along with access to Restaurant Albert, a ski school, ski rental, and a sports shop.
