"We chose EXE for the location. Train station, attached grocery store and hotel. Didn’t get a drop of rain on us. One 35 minute train gets you to downtown, two trains get you to the Airport, the ticket machine at the train stations in metro Madrid are very poorly worded in the English language was my only complaint at all and not a reflection on the hotel. "Generally l can recommend this hotel. kitchen staff was very helpful and friendly for breakfast. It was clean and big enough room. Location is little far away from downtown but it was not big issue because there is train station next to hotel and uber come very quick. Only negative thing is bed in the room. We requested double size bed they gave us double size bed but it was 2 single bed instead of 1 double size so it was not comfortable to sleep. The beds has nothing that keeps them together so if you sleeping with your spouse or significant other l suggest to keep the beds separated because one of you guys will fall in the middle of them beds. "
