About this property

Traditional house with private pool & garden!

  • In a small place next to the town of Labin, on the slopes of the hill, there is this small detached house for perfect rest and relaxation. It was built in 1910 and completely renovated in 2009. Casa Luce (on one floor) is in the traditional Istrian style - built in a rustic design and consists of: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and 2 bathrooms. The ceilings are decorated with decorative wooden beams, which offers a rustic atmosphere. In front of the house there is an open terrace and a covered terrace with a pergola. The pool 7.5mx 3.5m offers a welcome refreshment in the hot summer days. There is also a 'wine wall' with good Istrian wines ... There are also 2 new bicycles available to guests at all times so that they can feel the surroundings.
