"This resort and its staff are the best anyone could ask for. Our deluxe room with its walkout entrance was perfect. The resort was beautiful and the staff looked after our every need. The pool staff served free snacks throughout the day around the pool and were really pleasant to deal with. The only negatives were that the meal prices charged by the hotel in the hotel restaurants were too high. They were 2 to 3 times what nice restaurants in the local Soho Mall charged for a similar meal. You can easily walk to the Soho Mall which is close to the hotel. The only other issue which was outside the hotel's control was that it was too cold to swim in the ocean using the hotel's beach. We went in late March 2026 and the water was still too cold to swim in for too long. Except for the meal prices, this hotel was 10 out of 10. "

"Stayed for 6 nights was a lovely apartment with AC working kitchen two balconies. Host was responsive and helpful called us taxis and made things comfortable. The water park comes alive at 2pm each day most days are slow waiting for it to open my eldest enjoyed it . Theres a grocery downstairs but you have to drive to the beach. Our host gave us a beach card. Beach is small and sectioned off. Water temp was only in 20s like the pool as for the time of year."

"A+++ for this resort. The resort and the rooms are gorgeous-newly renovated. The staff made every effort to make you feel welcome. The buffet was OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend getting both breakfast and dinner included. They offer excursions but the coral preservation in front of the resort is stunning! We had an amazing time and hope to be back soon."

"I spent 7 nights here with my 6 months pregnant wife as an all inclusive package. What an amazing experience! All the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to all our needs. We are both vegetarian and dont consume meat, fish or eggs. The staff at the restaurants were wonderful in arranging special meals for us by customising items on the menus or making something completely off the menu. This was for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The rooms were spacious and very clean and housekeeping is excellent. The resort is very big with plenty of space and seating everywhere, at least 4 big swimming pools to choose from, 2 being adults only. Bars scattered around everywhere. Imported beer available at most the bars but imported alcohol only at the 1 bar above the Thai restaurant. It is a beach facing resort however the ability to go into the sea from the beach shore is quite limited as there's lots of rocks etc as you enter and you're only allowed to go about waist deep. If you do want to swim in the ocean then you need to walk to the pier/bridge and walk down or jump into the sea! Where you can swim/snorkel and see an amazing amount of sea life. It's not a place where kids can go alone however as it's deep. So kids are really more limited to the swimming pools. Regarding the restaurants, Chef Ramadan and Chef Ali were fabulous and prepared delicious food for us. Also Chef Hussein at the Thai and Asian restaurant! Special thanks to all 3 Chefs. "

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. Upon arrival, the room had visible mold and serious cleanliness issues. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition, with greasy shower walls that had clearly not been properly cleaned. These conditions raised immediate health concerns. I reported the issue to the hotel, and a staff member was sent to address it. They attempted to clean the mold along the edges of the tub using a toilet brush and advised that it was not mold. However, the issue was not properly resolved, and the condition remained concerning. I was then offered another room, but that room also had visible mold, which I showed to the staff member at the time. This made it clear that the problem was not isolated and that the property was unable to provide a clean or safe alternative. Given these conditions, I had no reasonable choice but to leave the hotel and book another stay at my own expense. This experience reflects serious issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and quality control. I strongly recommend that these concerns be addressed before accepting future guests."
