Very nice home for our South Dakota Adventure
We really had a great stay to explore South Dakota. It was so nice to be able to bring along our 2 little dogs. The house was easy to find and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable giving us a great nights sleep. Having the enclosed back yard was a extra bonus. Thank you for providing such a great place that is pet friendly. Barry and Brenda Roberts

90th Birthday Celebration
Great stay for our whole family. My parents, sister and 1 child and myself with 3 kids all stayed here. Easy access to everywhere we needed to be and charming quiet neighborhood with great fenced in yard to relax at night. Will definitely look at staying here again when we’re in the area!

Me and wife and other family members need a place to stay in rapid city to attend a memorial service from 07 and 07 the things I liked most about this home was the private backyard and it was very quite. the home was clean and comfortable and had a nice kitchen with all the utensils and the beds were all good with a nice living room. the home met all of our needs

Our stay
Overall the stay was great. The only downside was the back yard not well maintained for our small dogs. We also wanted to mention an accidental break of a light bulb in the back right bedroom. If there is a cost, please let me know. Thank you for the hospitality, it’s was a great visit to Rapid City

House was very nice everything was great and worked well. My Family enjoyed the stay and really liked the Hot Tub in the back yard for relief of sore back and muscles after a long day of driving. Gret Neighborhood. No complaints. Alot of things to see and do in Rapid City

Very comfortable stay
Beds were soft and comfy. Hot tub was nice but we didn’t use because we did family stuff during day and just got too tired. Didn’t cook much but good supplies in kitchen if we wanted to and grill in yard. Found it a better deal than staying at a hotel. Quiet neighborhood. Listing shows a tv in basement and in one bedroom but there is only one in living room which was fine for us because we don’t watch tv in bed. Appreciated the phone charging station with variety of cords since someone always forgets to bring one! This was our first VRBO stay and will do again when we travel. Check in and out went smoothly and great communication with owners.

Property was big enough for my family of six and our pets. Hot tub was excellent. Great yard fenced in for dogs. It was a little off the interstate but not inconvenient.

All the comforts of home
This location was in a quiet neighborhood. There was more than enough room for our large family. Loved having extra blankets and pillows as well as plenty of coffee! we didn't have to worry about anything. Comfy and felt like home. Good central location

Spring break hub
The cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in! The pictures of the home are outdated. There has been a lot of updating that isn't represented in their pictures. My daughter wanted to take her room home with her. The kitchen was well stocked, and we could cook whatever we needed too. The only downfall is the home is older so the dishwasher isn't a built in so we hand washed all our dishes. With a no-snow winter and an unseasonably warm week we were able to enjoy the patio and hot tub in Mid-March. We chose Rapid City as a hub to go out of everyday to do all the S. Dakota tourist attractions. The home was easy to go any direction from, and the neighborhood was very quiet too. I would definitely stay in this home again. The only negative of the week was when we caught someone trying to break into our car at Walmart off of Hwy 90. Plenty of other grocery options in the area.

My husband and I enjoyed the location of this property on the west side of Rapid City. Easy drive to downtown, Dinosaur Hill, Canyonland Park. Cooked meals at home and kitchen was stocked nicely with pans, utensils, etc. They even had selection of plastic to hold leftovers. Traveled with our dog and the fenced-in backyard was great.

Great Stay in Rapid City
This property was a great option for or family of 5 while visiting the Badlands NP and all of the sites in the Black Hills area. The space feels lived in, the beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood conveniently located and quiet. Loved the hot tub and outdoor space in the backyard. Communication with and response from the the owners about an issue with the A/C was excellent!

South Dakota Vacation
The Rapid City house worked well for us. It was very well located for all the sites we planned to visit. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house, but after a long day it was nice to come back to a clean, comfortable house. We slept very well in the quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds. When we did come back in the late afternoon or evening, the patio was a pleasant place to relax and talk about our adventures. Everything we needed was provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our first time in South Dakota, and our trip was even more pleasant because of the convenience and comfort of this house.

Some arrive Wednesday the rest arrived Thursday. We chose this home for the 2 bathrooms, how many it could sleep and hot tub. A few problems, but they answered emails and took care of things. 100 better than an overpriced hotel.

Quiet Comfort
We used this property over the weekend as Basecamp for climbing Black Elk Peak. The hot tub after hours of travel and hiking felt wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to local restaurants. We had excellent communication with owners as well. Thank you!
