The front desk clerk was extremely rude and unresponsive. She asked for an ID and when I showed it she didn't speak but just pointed at a scrap of paper stuck to the counter that stated they wouldn't rent to anyone with a local address. I tried to explain that I had a different address but hadn't changed my driver's license but she just stood there pointing at the note

Property is dated. Bedroom turned out.to be quite clean thought the furniture, fridge, was old. Lights and outlets not working. Be mindful of your surroundings. Staff were less than helpful and borderline rude.

Fix the shower in 230 so there’s water pressure. Fixed the ac so it doesn’t rattle. And the people at the front desk actually greet me instead of just staring at me and acting like I’m and inconvenience to their smoke break

The property was clean but dated. The furniture was old, the wood furniture was scratched up and the upholstery frayed. The bed was like sleeping on a bean bag it was so soft. The attendants were polite when spoken to but were not warm and friendly as one would expect someone to be in the hospitality industry. The free breakfast was less than mediocre. The coffee pot in the room was an 8c drip and it and what was offered in the lobby was like dishwater. I don't know what their normal clientele is but there were signs everywhere that in addition to the refundable $100.00 damage deposit charged at check in, there would be an additional charge of $250.00 for 'this type of stain, this type of tear, etc'. As well as a written lengthy explanation of why there is no daily housekeeping offered other than change of towels and trash removal. We were happy enough and enjoyed our outings , but we wouldn't stay here again if in the area.

Old property - looks like grandma's circa 1960 as evidenced by turquoise bathtub anf very old furnishings. Shabby curtains falling off, huge wooden dowell in slider. Bathroom door so warped it wouldn't close. Big stains on carpet. Charged upgrade to switch to ground floor room due to wounded knee and no elevator, and not informed of charge until checkout by VERY brusque desk clerk. Also charged a $10 "Daily Processing Fee" whatever that is!!!

The front desk was rude. When I tried to talk with them about checking out 3 days early they were not helpful at all. They tried to make everything my fault and were not cooperative at all. The room was clean but the carpet was old and grungy.

I made my reservation through a third party at midnight then drove in from Montana to endure a female named Carrie. Without a doubt the rudest most condescending individual I have seen in a very long time. I am a 75 year old Vietnam Vet and was on this trip to find some peace and Carrie thought otherwise. The hotel was great but if Carrie is the face of your company you're in trouble

The hotel was rated 8+ by Expedia; however, it is very old and is very poorly run with broke down air conditioners and bed bugs. Very disappointed with the hotel and Expedia for having given it such a high review. I tried to cancel after I saw the room but wasn’t allowed.
