「Joe is a great communicator and his listing is accurate. It’s awesome to have a place that is walking distance to key non-chain/community establishments for breakfast, lunch and dinner after a long day of traveling and exploring. We hope to return in the future.」

「Very quiet area despite being full. Check in was a breeze. Remote control for tv was missing but that wasn't too much of an issue. Nice clean facility. Outdoor area was nice with clean cut lawn. Self check in was easy. Fully furnished kitchen with pans, pots and dishes. Even soap and scrub pad is provided.」

「This was a big, converted suite - plenty of room for luggage. The kitchen bedroom and bathroom were normal sized, but the living room was oversized. It was nice to have space . Very convenient for food and mt Rushmore to the south.」

「Our group of four adults enjoyed our stay on 7th St. very much. The apartment was perfect for our needs. We were on the move a lot over the 4th of July weekend with lots of activities and things to do in the surrounding areas. It was a perfect “home base” to sleep, freshen up and head back out. The host was kind and attentive to the few questions we asked.」
